Walcha Lions Park is a popular park for the Walcha Community and visitors to the area. It is located on the Oxley Highway at the entrance to Walcha, in a residential area at 1-9N Darjeeling Road Walcha NSW 2354.
This Lions Park Upgrade Project will involve the Design, Construction, Supply and Install of new play equipment, soft fall, park seating, new access paths, landscaping and perimeter park fencing.
These upgrades will complement the BBQ and seating area installed by the Walcha Lions Club, who are custodians of the park. The Lions Park Upgrades will make the park a safer and more welcoming environment for park users. The deadline for project completion is 21 December 2022 to enable opening the park in time for the Summer holiday period.
