Development Victoria is seeking to re-establish a supplier panel of Project Management providers offering the best available value for money to provide the consultant and advisory services, for a 12 month period with options to extend at Development Victoria’s discretion. Participants registering their interest to bid for services will be required to submit an expression of interest on or before 2 August 2022 to receive the appropriate Expression of Interest (EOI) request.
The panel will seek project managers with a range of experience from Project Coordinators through to highly experienced Project Directors.
Potential bidders will be invited to submit an EOI response in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the EOI request, provide project management or advisory services as an significant discipline, and either have an office in Victoria, or nominated resources having the ability to be located in Victoria, Australia where necessary. The successful bidders will be placed on a Supplier Panel from which Development Victoria may then select one or more Bidders to provide the services or bid for future projects.
The establishment of the panel is in compliance with the Ministerial Directions for Construction Procurement in Victoria. Local Jobs First and the Social Procurement Framework may apply depending upon the panel engagement.
