Tender Description
Lower Murray Water is seeking responses to this Invitation for the provision of a Real Estate Agency to supply LMW with services to:
- Sell at minimum two, but potentially eight or more properties over the course of the next two to three years.
- Provide management services of leases and arrange renewals where appropriate in conjunction with LMW Corporate Services Team.
The services provided would be in respect of the marketing, advertising, contract negotiations and all items involved in sale of properties.
