Tender Description
The Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council invites professional cleaning companies to submit a tender for providing first class commercial cleaning services. These services would include but not be limited to: office cleaning, periodical and deep cleaning, COVID-19 cleaning of depots, public toilets and Council building facilities, consumables supply and management, hygiene and a variety of specialised cleaning throughout the Council district.
Contractors are invited to submit schedule of rates for the tenders for the supply of cleaning services for the Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council for a period of five years commencing when the tender evaluation process is finalised, with an extension option of two years exercisable at Council’s discretion.
