Tender Description
Council is seeking a consultant/s to undertake a Housing Strategy and Community Consultation. These have been separated into two parts, with the Housing Strategy work as Part A and the Community Consultation as Part B. Council has split the work into two to allow consultants the flexibility to tender for Part A or Part B separately or combine Part A and B. Subsequently Council may choose to award Part A and Part B to the same supplier or two (2) suppliers.
Therefore, it will be a requirement that suppliers will work in collaboration to meet Council’s expectations. It is anticipated that the contract period may be up to 3 years with a possibility of extension.
