Cleaning Services

Parks Victoria issue a public Request for Tender, inviting submissions to participate in the process for development of a State-wide - Cleaning Services contract.

Should Parks Victoria determine to proceed to Contract, then the successful tenderer will be appointed under a Services Contract (Deed of Standing Offer - Sample attached).

The Services Deed of Standing Offer, is an arrangement where the Service Provider is engaged over a period of time to perform multiple services.

If Parks Victoria accepts a Tenderer proposal, Parks Victoria and the successful Service Provider may enter into a Contract.

Tenderers should note that the project is a Working for Victoria initiative, it will be registered with the Industry Capability Network (ICN) and Tenderers will be required to submit a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) and Social Procurement Plan, as part of their tender submission.

Parks Victoria is seeking proposals from suitably qualified Service Providers that can deliver the requirements of this Request for Tender in accordance with the Specifications.
