Tender Description
Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experienced builder to provide services in renovating an existing facility at our former Ararat campus.
In order to be considered as a compliant bid, suppliers must respond to all questions listed as mandatory.
The full scope of works is described in the specification and drawings. The works involve substantial mechanical system replacement, some electrical and data changes and general refurbishment (paint, flooring etc.). See documents for full details.
The successful tenderer will be required to hold a current commercial builder’s license.
