Tender Description
Supply specialty valves including the size/materials/type within the following nominated ranges, noting varying quantities to be established with final design:
a. Supply of one (1) off Hydraulic Actuated Turbine Inlet Enclosed Goggle Valve (TIV), nominal ID DN1600 mm and supply of one (1) off Hydraulic Actuated Turbine Outlet Enclosed Goggle Valve (TOV), nominal ID DN2600mm.
b. Supply of one (1) off hydraulic quick opening (0.5 sec) Turbine Emergency Trip Valve (TSV), butterfly control valve, nominal ID DN1600 mm. This valve is a step seated butterfly valve and is to be designed with metal to metal seating with 99% tightness in the valve closed position. The valve is to be equipped with a mechanical locking device for maintenance.
c. Supply of one (1) off Hydraulic Actuated Governor Valve (GV), butterfly control valve, nominal ID DN1600 mm. This valve, in conjunction with the Turbine Stator Blades, is used to control Top Pressure by means of controlling the gas flow. When total gas make exceeds any of the governor reference points, spill over gas will pass through to the Bypass Control Valve (BCV) to maintain the required Top Pressure.
d. Supply of one (1) off hydraulic quick-opening (0.5 sec) Main Bypass Valve (MBV), double eccentric resilient seating butterfly valve, nominal ID DN2000 mm. This valve must be suitable to open and close operation with quick-opening function to maintain Top Pressure control of the furnace and prevent Top Bleeders opening during operational pressure excursions.
e. Supply of one (1) off hydraulic quick-opening (0.5 sec) Bypass Control Valve (BCV), double eccentric resilient seating butterfly valve, nominal ID DN1000 mm. This valve must be suitable to open and close operation with quick-opening function to maintain Top Pressure control of the furnace and prevent Top Bleeders opening during operational pressure excursions.
