The Department of Health (DH) Information & Digital Services Branch (IDS) is seeking to partner with suitably experienced and qualified IT services providers for the establishment of the Solution Delivery Panel (SDP3).

The panel will be established through the eServices Register framework, and will:

• Deliver a broad range of IT professional services across a number of technology service categories;
• Provide for an effective and efficient procurement process, allowing the Department to respond to demand for IT services, and in a more agile manner, aligned to the Department’s Project Delivery Model (PDM);
• Maximise opportunities to drive value for money through improved relationships; pre-qualification; pre-agreed contracts and service levels; maximum rate cards and volume discounts;
• Consist of a suitable and manageable number of providers against each distinct service category; who demonstrate a commitment and ability to work in collaboration with the Department over the term of the agreement; and continually seek improvements in value, efficiency, productivity, and quality;
• Be established for an initial period of two years with a further one-year option to extend (2+1); and
• Be a non-exclusive arrangement.

RFQ Release Date / Process

Proposals will be sought via the Whole of Victorian Government (WOVG) eServices Register in July 2022. Proposals will be due within approximately four weeks of the release date.

Parties interested in receiving a copy of the RFQ documents should:

1. Express an interest in receiving the RFQ by email to solutionpanel@health.vic.gov.au; and

The Department will issue the RFQ documentation via the eServices Register / Vendor Panel system on the release date to all providers who have complied with the above.
