The Western Australia Police Force is seeking the Provision of a Mobile Asset Management solution, including associated support and maintenance services, to aid the process of site visits and survey information. The WA Police Force is seeking the provision of a flexible Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to deliver the outcomes and requirements.
The WA Police Force manages in excess of 200 owned and leased properties. Each property is required to be maintained to a specific standard and obtaining information about the building condition is currently completed via desktop review or third party vendors using extensive spreadsheets.
Implementing a software solution that would allow WA Police staff to capture this information during site visits is an opportunity to enhance the current data recorded and provide a more detailed overview of the WA Police property portfolio, the cost to maintain and more accurate building condition assessment.
