Tender Description
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) requires procurement of a fit for purpose, scalable patient engagement application (App), which is configurable and suitable for the initial needs of a Diabetes pilot. This App is to be used to enhance patient engagement through capabilities including interactive data display and monitoring, automated messaging, sharing of tailored educational information, personalised learning pathways and bidirectional secure communication.
