Tender Description
The Department of Health is seeking to purchase a suitable off the shelf solution for the delivery of a Smart Referrals system, including implementation services to setup the solution, system testing and appropriate adjustments before deployment of the solution and handover to DOH. Maintenance and support (if required) and delivery of training to relevant staff and supporting documents in the ongoing management and maintenance of the solution wlil also be required.
The objective of the Smart Referrals solution is to streamline the external referral process and improve the accuracy and completeness of referrals received by Health Service Providers from GPs and external service providers.
