Tender Description
Development Victoria will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for facilities management for the site known as the former Fitzroy Gasworks located at 111 Queens Parade, and 433 Smith Street, Fitzroy North.
The procurement will be released as a single phase select tender released to the open market. The successful bidder will be engaged to conduct these works under Development Victoria’s Maintenance Services Agreement.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Direction for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Strategic Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework.
The RFP is set to be released late June 2022.
