The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Elder Street Landscape and Civil Works.
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
- Electrical and Lighting
- Car park construction, kerb and channel works
- Landscape Works including planting, turf, mulching, play equipment and rock work
- Concrete works
- Sports courts, acrylic surfacing and line marking
- Earthworks, drainage and water supply
- New toilet facilities and associated sewer, power and water connections
- Irrigation
- Furniture, shelters, drinking fountains and BBqs
- Fitness equipment
- Fencing
- Retaining walls
