Tender Description
AFOEM Fellows can nominate to join the Collaborative Partnership Committee and Project Leads Sub-committee to improve work participation for people who suffer physical or psychological disabilities.
The partnership is led by Professor Niki Ellis, FAFOEM and was established in 2017. The partnership involves AFOEM, Comcare, the ACTU, the Insurance Council of Australia, Department of Education, Skills and Employment, the Australian Department of Health, the National Mental Health Commission, the NDIA, the Department of Social Services, and the Australian Government Attorney General’s Department.
The AFOEM representative will provide advice and input into all of the partnership’s activities as one of the project leaders.
A major part of AFOEM’s input has been as lead to the General Practitioners’ project. This is a rewarding and important piece of work.
The Collaborative Partnership Committee meet bi-annually and Project Leads Sub-committee meet quarterly.
