This procurement is to secure a single supplier to conduct future iterations of two VSA employer surveys - the Employer Satisfaction Survey and the Employer Skills Survey.
The annual Employer Satisfaction Survey is a critical mechanism for monitoring the performance of the Victorian VET system and generating insights into training quality and outcomes.
The Employer Skills Survey is conducted on a needs basis and is used to identify skills and training needs across Victorian industries and regions.
