Tender Description
Ergon Energy Queensland (EEQ) has an ongoing requirement for correspondence / mail services to communicate critical and time sensitive information with their customers.
The scope of this contract includes but is not limited to the provision of bulk printing, posting and electronic communications to EEQ’s customers across regional Queensland. As an electricity retailer, EEQ generates a significant volume of customer correspondence on a daily basis including bills, letters, Planned Interruption Notifications (PINs) and welcome packs
