Tender Description
Suppliers are invited by the Queensland Government Department of Justice (DoJ) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No.1006.2526 for the provision of jury notices secure printing and bulk mailout services.
The scope of the potential Contract will cover the following requirements:
• weekly secure printing of three template letters (Notice to Prospective Juror, Prospective Juror Questionnaire, and Prospective Juror Key Questions.
• preparation and dispatch of letters into Australia Post mail delivery service to Queensland citizens as determined by DoJ, using DoJ-branded postage paid envelopes.
The contract is for an initial term of three years, with two x two-year extension options at DoJ's discretion.
Suppliers must meet the following mandatory requirements:
a) Supplier warrants adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct
b) Compliance with the following insurance requirements or, if the Supplier does not hold the required insurances at the time of submitting its offer, it must, if successful in this ITO process, obtain them and provide evidence of currency to the Customer before the contract commencement date.
- Workers’ Compensation Insurance in accordance with the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (Qld), or as required by law.
- Public and Products liability insurance to the minimum value of $20 million per claim.
- Professional indemnity insurance to the value of $10 million per claim to be maintained for four years after the Contract Completion Date or termination of the Contract, unless limited under an approved binding scheme under the Professional Standards Act 2004 (Qld).
