Tender Description
The National Gallery has a requirement for the services of a business analyst to scope and define the requirements for an incident and hazard reporting system/process. The business analyst will also need to assess the National Gallery’s current WHS information management system against the identified requirements and make a recommendation on a system, process or product that should be implemented.
Key outputs of the project will be:
• Scope and define the National Gallery’s requirements for work health and safety (WHS) incident and hazard reporting system/process.
• Assess the National Gallery’s current WHS information management system (Donesafe) against these requirements.
• Provide a detailed analysis and make a recommendation to the National Gallery to either retain the current system, retain and reconfigure the current system, or move to a new model/process or product. Any recommendation will need to be compliant with the Work Health Safety Act 2011, AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 and regulatory requirements.
