Isaac Regional Council - Dysart Civic Centre Carpark Resurfacing and Installation of DDA Compliant Ramp.
The existing carpark surface at the Dysart Civic Centre is displaying signs of wear and tear after years of use. To renew the existing surface and car park infrastructure, Council invites proposal from suitability qualified vendors to stabilize and reseal the Dysart Civic Centre Carpark.
In addition to works required for the carpark, Council require a DDA compliant ramp constructed at the entrance of the Dysart Civic Centre to assist with disability access.
The scope of works will include and should be read in conjunction with the design drawings supplied in this Tender.
The successful respondent will be required to provide the following:
- Obtain all necessary building approvals for construction of ramp at site;
- Preparation of site to construct ramp and removal of palm tree stumps if located in an area where footings are required.
- Undertake location of services/dial before you dig to prevent damage to existing infrastructure;
- Isolation and or removal of services in area as applicable. Please note there is a tap/gate valve located near the stairs which requires isolation and removal as it is no longer required;
- Installation/construct of ramp on site in accordance with design to ensure all relevant Australian legislation, guidelines standards and specifications are met;
- Seamlessly connect ramp to existing infrastructure.
