Tender Description
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) has recently received funding through the latest round of State Government Works 4 Queensland (W4Q) program.
Council has recently completed the Shute Harbour Redevelopment Project and are now looking to upgrade the existing areas surrounding Shute Harbour, which includes upgrades to the Lions Lookout (located in the Shute Harbour Upper Carpark) and Snows Beach Park Area.
Council is seeking a Contractor to provide design, demolition, construction and installation services across both of these sites. The proposed works at these sites will require the demolition and disposal of the existing assets and to upgrade the sites with new structures and equipment as specified in this Specification.
A non-mandatory Tender Briefing has been arranged for 9am, Thursday 19th May 2022. The location of the meeting is Shute Harbour upper carpark on Whitsunday Drive, Airlie Beach Qld 4802. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than 12pm Wednesday 18th May 2022.
