Tender Description
ABOUT: The Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) is offering resourcing for COVID-19 grants to General practices in the Northern Sydney Region to support the unplanned additional costs incurred during COVID-19 from July 2021 and/or future costs to plan COVID-19 related activities through a 'Request for Proposal' process.
This General practice Grant is intended to recognise and support the contributions of general practice in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing efforts of general practice to support the vaccination program in our region.

INFORMATION SESSION: An information session will be held on Wednesday 11th May 2022, 12-1pm, via Zoom.
REGISTRATION: RFP documents will be available from the SNHN TenderLink site, once applicants have completed pre-registration on the Sydney North PHN etendering portal site
