This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Sourcing Advisor is a sourcing subject matter expert who provides specialist advice and expertise to modernisation and transformation programs within the Digital Sourcing Branch and across the DTA.
Employing sound judgement and expert level advice in the interpretation of the rules, policies and intent of government, the Digital Sourcing Advisor will contribute to strategic and operational goals to ensure quality outcomes for government, buyers and sellers, and increase the DTAs reputation as a trusted source of digital and ICT sourcing advice and services.
The Digital Sourcing Advisor will:
• Contribute to activities of the DTA’s Digital Sourcing Modernisation Programs, Marketplaces and Whole of Government Agreements which enhance procurement to contract pathways and drive greater value for money outcomes across government and industry.
• You will use your strong engagement, facilitation, and networking skills to drive capability uplift.
• You will lead working groups of agency participants to help tackle some of Digital Sourcing’s most challenging pain points and work with strategy leads in the DTA to position sourcing as a lever to help implement the governments digital agenda.
• Be the point of contact between Digital Sourcing Policy and Digital Sourcing Practice withing the DTA.
• Provide trusted second level sourcing advice and problem solving to the DTA’s Customer Support team and to agencies.
• You will be committed to implementing lasting cultural change and driving agency support for the government’s commitment to changing digital sourcing culture and practices.
