Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Waste and Recycling Collection Services.
The tender comprises four parts:
1. Part A: Residential Kerbside Waste Collection,
2. Part B: Residential Kerbside Recycling Collection including communal glass collection,
3. Part C: Hard and Green Waste Booked Collection and Proactive Dumped Rubbish Collection, and
4. Part D: Residential Kerbside Food and Organics (FOGO) Collection including communal food collection.
Tenderers can bid for:
a) Option A: Kerbside services (waste, recycling and FOGO), or
b) Option B: Hard Waste services (hard waste and dumped rubbish) only, or
c) Option C: Kerbside and Hard Waste services, that is, Options A and B.
A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing will be held online at 10.00am Wednesday 11 May 2022.
Attendees will need to pre-register attendance via Council's Tender Management Helpdesk.

Submissions will be received clearly marked Waste and Recycling Collection Services Tender No. 000164 and are to be lodged electronically .
by 12.00 pm on Tuesday 14 June 2022.
NOTE: The online forum closes three business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date.
Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof.
Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
