GWS Maintenance Services 2023

⁠⁠⁠Central Gippsland Region Gippsland Water Corporation (Gippsland Water) is a Victorian Government statutory corporation established in December 1994. It provides water and wastewater services to people living in the region from Drouin, Victoria in the west to Stratford, Victoria in the east, and from Mirboo North in the south to Rawson and Briagolong in the north.

The organisation is seeking invitees response to the invitation for the delivery of innovations and efficiencies for maintenance services for our customers. This may include the supply of some materials and primarily mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation services and other activities as outlined in Part A.2 commencing in mid-2023.The organisation seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available. This EOI process may be the first stage of a multi‑stage procurement process.

• Part A – The Invitation
• Part A.1 – About this Invitation provides establishment details about the procurement opportunity; and
• Part A.2 – Overview of requirements describes the goods and/or services in respect of which the organisation invites EOI’s from interested parties.
• Part B – Conditions of participation sets out the rules applying to the EOI process for the supply of goods and/or services. The rules are separated into organisational and whole of Victorian Government specific rules.
• Part C – Invitee’s response details the information to be provided by invitees.
