Tender Description
Execute maintenance and testing activities at Brockman 2220kV substation for 220kV, 33kV and 11kV equipment
The following equipment will require testing:
- ABB 220kV Circuit Breakers, Earth Switches and Isolators
- ABB 220kV Current Transformers and Voltage Transformers
- 220kV Surge Arrestors
- 220/33/11kV Transformers and associated Tx guards
- 220kV Transformer tap changer overhaul
- SCADA, Local push button and manual operation of all 220KV equipment
- Protection relay testing
Rio Tinto will arrange forklifts, crane, elevated work platforms and electrical permits on site. Contractor will need to arrange specialized lifting equipment required for tap changer overhaul and test equipment as required.
