Council is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced company to work with them on all processes relating to The Heath Common Playspace Renewal following the upcoming retirement of the current long serving incumbent. The scope of works includes but is not limited to demolition of existing site, earthworks and fine trimming, retaining walls, furniture, play equipment and edging. Construction of new junior and senior play space and associated landscape works etc.
