This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is Australia's national intelligence agency. We advise senior decision makers on serious and organised crime. We work with our law enforcement partners to make Australia hostile to criminal exploitation.
The ACIC is seeking a suitably qualified Supplier to provide support and maintenance for Content Manager version 10 for three years (2022 - 2025), in particular the new features and enhancements associated with the Content Manager version 10 modules and unlimited licenses. This will also cover defect support of new patches and hotfixes, critical security updates and enhancement requests.
The successful Supplier will also be required to:
- Understand both the technical and business aspects of the environment
- Understand the impact of Content Manager version 10 and the implications to agency core business
- Focus on ensuring minimal disruption to business by undertaking data migration and system intensive operations outside core business hours
- Ensure data integrity is maintained through any quality assurance testing
- Ensure adequate technical and business knowledge transfer
- Focus on delivering value to the client
The successful maintenance vendor will be required to login to Ask to request the provisioning of goods and services to support their maintenance regime.
