This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The purpose of this RFQ is to find an experienced provider who can create an experiential, immersive and interactive experience for attendees, and deliver end-to-end event management services. As a leader in the digital space, it is essential that the event uses digital technology (such as but not limited to augmented reality, dynamic storytelling, lightshows, gamification, or AI) to deliver a seamless hybrid event allowing those at home the same experience as those in the room.
In addition to conceptualising and developing an experiential digital-focused event, the event company will manage all stages of the event planning process including venue sourcing and liaison, registrations, promotion, sourcing and liaising with emcee and presenters, organising travel arrangements and audio-visual requirements including livestream and video, and on-the-day event management. A COVID-19 safety contingency plan will also be required.
