Gwydir Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitable persons to join the panel tender for supply and delivery of binder materials for stabilisation works. The scope of the standing offer under this Contract includes all works, materials, labour, and equipment necessary to complete all supply and delivery the following types of binder material for stabilisation works:
- Fly Ash / Lime 70/30
- Cement / Fly Ash 70/30
- Hydrated Lime
- Quick Lime
- Slag / Lime 50/50
- Slag / Lime 70/30
The Tenderers are to provide a full range of services their company can provide associated with the full scope of this Contract. Tenderers will need to provide all assumptions and conditions on which the tendered rates are based on.
Council will issue a Request for Quotation for specific projects throughout the contract term. All information required for each project will be supplied by the Council with the Contractor providing a Lump Sum quotation for the proposal works at that time.

All enquiries relating to the proposed contract must be submitted in writing on the Marketplace Forum via the tender notice. Under no circumstances are Tenderers to submit an enquiry relating to the proposed contract either directly or indirectly to any other representative of Council, its employees or any other consultants engaged by Council on this project except for the Contact Person specified in the Tender Summary. All responses to requests for information will be posted by Council on the Tender Portal Marketplace Forum.
