Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
LC3SPO requires Cyber assurance activities, which potentially include activities such as source code review, vulnerability assessments,penetration testing and related assurance activities. These activities will be conducted in order to support LC3SPO assurance and accreditation support activities that would inform Engineering and accreditation decisions. LC3SPO requires a service provider to develop reusable security test cases and to conduct and manage any required test events.
LC3SPO also requires the service provider to perform these services in accordance with Defence's ICT Software Testing Manual, including ensuring that the service provider's personnel who perform the services are equipped with appropriate qualifications, skill-sets and experience, in accordance with the Skills Framework for the Information Age.
These cyber security assurance activities include, but are not limited to penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and source code reviews, conducted potentially on the following mission systems:
• TCN Mission System
• TON Training Suite;
• BMS V 9. 1 Training System;
• BMS V9.1 Mission System;
• BMS C2 Enclave and
• Other LC3SPO directed activities or systems.
They will provide a cover report with the results that will then be submitted as part of the security accreditation package.
