Tender Description
This contract is for the Provision of Cleaning Services for Council-owned buildings within Cobar. It includes the cleaning of all areas/rooms, public/staff toilets, and general areas. The cleaning specifications and times are outlined in the Tender Specification document.
All work specified must be undertaken to the satisfaction of Council.
All materials must be of a standard approved by Council.
Council has 12 sites requiring cleaning services. Facilities include, but are not limited to; libraries, administration buildings, public toilets, community and childcare centres.
The primary objective of this contract is to implement arrangements that focus on service and value to the Council.
