This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department is undertaking a program of work, known as Procure to Pay (P2P) to implement the P2P system (mandated Purchase Orders) in SAP and other Financial Projects and requires a Learning Specialist / Document Writer to design and implement a comprehensive blended training program as part of the project roll-out.
We require the Seller to Design and Implement a comprehensive training program that provides high quality training to maximise solution adoption across the Buyer’s organisation. You will work closely and collaboratively with SMEs to ensure training and documentation is relevant, accurate and delivers the required results.
DFAT Employees need to receive training, communications and support regarding the technology being rolled out as a result of the P2P / Finance Project.
You will be working with the Financial Systems team, project teams, IT and general users.
• experience in developing and implementing financial process and systems technology user training programs
• experience in training development and delivery
• experience as a Document Writer in technology systems
• experience with SAP
• current or pending security clearance at NV1 or NV2 level desirable.
