This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Senior Business Analyst roles will be responsible to stakeholder engagement, develop and manage requirements, and define the processes, relevant to the applicable projects.
The successful candidates will have previous experience in stakeholder engagement, detailed business analysis, strong skills in eliciting and defining requirements from very senior set of stakeholders where only a "vision" exists, , documenting user stories, journey maps, functional and non-functional requirements, developing requirements traceability matrices and defining business and system processes, rules and flows; complemented by organisational and change management skills..
Further, the successful candidates will have strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills to facilitating requirement workshops and meetings, extensive experience working with senior decision makers, strong communications and interpersonal skills, and advanced excel and business presentation skills.
