Tender Description
Refurbishment of the existing Cusack House into a Regional University Campus at 18 – 20 Cusack Street, Wangaratta as per the design drawings.
The project comprises refurbishment of the existing Cusack House to accommodate the following:
- Administration rooms
- Study rooms
- Communication room
- Water closets (including disabled toilet facilities)
- Cleaner’s closet
- Associated utilities and services
- Lift
Cusack House Site visit
A briefing session will be held at 18-20 Cuack St, Wangaratta, Vic, Australia, 3677 on 15 August 2022 10:00 am.
Notes: Site visit for tenderers will be held on 15 August at 10am
