Expressions of Interest are invited for the following
Central Coast Council Affordable Housing Land Proposal, 23-25 Ashton Ave The Entrance
Contract Number: CPA/3701
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from Affordable Housing Providers who possess the relevant experience and capability in the development of affordable housing models for the development of 23-25 Ashton Street, The Entrance, that aligns to the Central Coast Affordable and Alternative Housing Strategy (CCA&AHS).
Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest addressing key objectives in the direct creation of affordable housing, including:
a development that is of mixed tenure
a product that is within the price point of affordable housing benchmarks.
a design that is inclusive, high quality and is sympathetic to the local character of
the area.
achieving a high social return for the community
providing employment opportunities for locals
the consideration of co-located facilities within the development
housing that remains well maintained and managed
