Tender Description
RCH is seeking submissions for consulting services to develop an overarching Unified Communications Strategy.
The scope of this consulting engagement is to include:
- The development and delivery of a comprehensive Unified Communications Strategy for RCH;
- Business workshops to understand and document clinical, business and communications workflows relevant to data, voice, video, messaging, collaboration and other communications;
- Technical workshops to understand and document the current communications systems including associated, infrastructure environment and technical architecture;
- Documentation of UC use cases and workflows;
- A framework and roadmap of projects and initiatives for RCH to implement the UC strategy, including costs and benefits, risks and dependencies;
- Identified options for integration of communications platforms and systems e.g. Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams;
- Recommended strategic platforms and unified communications solutions, including options for high availability and disaster recovery;
- Technical training, skills and knowledge required to support the new strategy, identifying gaps with the current environment; and
- Documentation of current and future state UC architecture.
