Tender Description
Tenders are invited from proponents for the Construction of the Artarmon Town Centre upgrade.
The role of the Construction Firm is to construct the Artarmon Town Centre as per the drawings and specification prepared by the consultant team.
The proposed upgrade of the Artarmon Town Centre is located within Hampden Road along the western side of the North Shore rail line. The works include demolition, roadworks, drainage, installation of new traffic signals, construction of raingardens, paving, street and feature lighting, constructing of retaining walls and staircases, installation of a prefabricated amenities block and construction of an architectural veneer, installation of street furniture, installation of new street signage, soft landscaping and plant establishment.
Tenders shall be submitted at (see option below) OR in a sealed envelope endorsed: Tender No. T01 2022 Artarmon Town Centre
Hard copies of Tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
