Tender Description
AlburyCity Council invites suitably qualified Consultants to submit a Quote for the provision of Architectural Services including Design Development and Contract Documentation to inform the construction of the Melrose Park Sports Pavilion.
The construction of a new sports pavilion seeks to provide for full community participation and sporting club needs. Concept designs include a new sports pavilion building that considers the identified amenity deficiencies such as lack of female change facilities, public toilets including disabled facilities, storage and community space.
