Tender Description
The Rural City of Murray Bridge invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Lerwin Nursing Home Services –
A - Laundry
B - Catering
C – Cleaning
Lerwin Nursing Home is owned and operated by the Rural City of Murray Bridge. Lerwin Requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to perform Services to Lerwin's Residents and the facility is general.
- the area(s) to be serviced include A-Laundry, B-Catering, C-Cleaning, and;
- Council’s aims and objectives regarding the Services as outlined in the Specifications;
- General commercial terms will be as per the proposed Agreement between the successful Tenderer and the Council.
- Services are currently outsourced, the existing contract expires 30th June 2022, with extension provisions to enable smooth transition for business continuity.
The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specification(s).
IMPORTANT: To receive additional confidential information a representative must complete a Confidential Request for Information Deed.
Tenders may choose to submit for all three services, or individual services.
The Generic Mandatory Return Schedule is only required to be completed once.
Additional Return Schedules are required for each individual service.
