This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment is seeking to fill a SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Developer specialist role to focus primarily on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. The ERP Program aims to align DAWE’s corporate systems, initially those for managing human resources, payroll, finance, travel and expenses.
The key objectives of the ERP Program are outlined below:
• A single cloud platform to manage the department’s finances that is robust, reliable and secure for all staff
• A single cloud platform to manage the department’s travel and expense that is robust, reliable and secure for all staff
• A single cloud platform to manage the department’s HR and payroll that is robust, reliable and secure for all staff
• Improved security posture reducing risk of cyber incidents.
The specified personal is required to, but not limited to:
• Minimum 10 years SAP ABAP consulting experience
• Experience across entire SAP Platform including HR/Payroll, FI, CO, MM, PS, SRM, PI and BW modules
• Strong ABAP skills in Data Dictionary, User Exits, debugging, OSS Note application through SNOTE, Webdynpro, OO Coding and ALV Reporting
• Strong analytic skills to assist with the analysis and application of Support Packs (SPAU)
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of Interfaces (RFC Calls)
• Experience in the configuration and maintenance of SMARTFORM
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of SAPSCRIPT
• Experience in the configuration and maintenance and development of SAP Workflow
• Experience in Workflow troubleshooting and monitoring
• Experience in Agent Determination & Rule responsibilities in HR organization structure.
Please note, flexible working arrangements are supported by the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment while COVID restrictions or staged return to workplace conditions are in place, but under normal circumstances there is an expectation that the role will be undertaken onsite in Canberra.
