Tender Description
The Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Minor Works – Civil Construction and Maintenance aims to provide Council with resources to supplement its own work teams with contractor Work Teams, either during peak operational times or for defined areas of work within the Maranoa Region.
Council intends to enter into one or more contracts with suppliers on the register as specific work packages are identified. Packages will include the supply of ‘full-service maintenance and construction crews’, including labour, plant, materials (if required) and direct supervision to efficiently, effectively and safely deliver construction and maintenance minor works projects within the Maranoa Region for the following business units.
• Road maintenance
• Road construction and rehabilitation works
• Concrete construction and stormwater/drainage repair works
• Water reticulation construction and maintenance
• Sewerage system construction and maintenance
• Gas system construction and maintenance
• Other minor civil works.
