Tender Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking submissions for the External Refurbishment of the Parliamentary Annexe building located at 69 Alice Street, Brisbane.
Tender submissions will be accepted from Principal Contractors with:
- a minimum PQC rating of Level 3;
- Quality Assurance;
- Insurances; and
- an open QBCC Builders licence.
The project will be procured under a Design and Construct contract AS4300.

A site inspection for interested parties is scheduled for Friday 25th March 2022 at 10.00am.
