Tender Description
The HVAR Stage 2 involves reconstruction of Greenvale Lane, part of Mount Battery Road and Dead Horse Lane, and their connections to Mansfield-Whitfield Road and Mt Buller Road.
The main objective of the HVAR is to enable access for high productivity vehicles to the industrial areas and freight distribution points, and to provide a safe and viable alternative for heavy commercial vehicles currently travelling through the busy and expanding town centre.
The HVAR Stage 2 Construction will include earthworks, service relocation, tree/vegetation removal, pavement construction, drainage, lighting, landscaping/rehabilitation, and other minor works deemed necessary to complete a safe and stable route for heavy vehicle traffic.
