Tender Description
The City of Greater Dandenong (“Council”) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to supply and install a new toilet facility at the Brady Road shopping precinct in Dandenong North.
The toilet facility will be located in the Council owned Brady Road carpark (opposite the shops).
Project Objectives:
The project objectives are to:
- Provide a new two cubicle (1 x fully accessible, 1 x ambulant) toilet facility at Brady Road.
- Prepare the site through civil works including levelling and drainage
- Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian regulations and codes.
Design & Documentation:
Tenderers are required to submit a concept design for the proposed toilet facility with their tender submission.
