This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DesktopOne is a program of work to enable the department to improve its responsiveness to changing citizen and business needs while improving the user experience of core ICT services. The program consists of 13 streams of work. As part of this program, the Planning and Migration project is inventorying all business systems; identifying those that are high priority for migration and then migrating those systems to a modern hosting arrangement in DAWE. This will improve user experience, drive increased business value and provide the opportunity to reduce cost for the organisation by leveraging economies of scale and re-usable patterns.
