The Advanced Training Committee (ATC) in Clinical Pharmacology is seeking expressions of interest from Clinical Pharmacology Fellows to join as a Committee Member.
The ATC in Clinical Pharmacology oversees the Advanced Training program in Clinical Pharmacology in the Adult Medicine and Paediatric divisions, and is responsible for:
- monitoring and reviewing training program requirements and curricula in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- monitoring and assessing individual trainee progress in Clinical Pharmacology including training applications and applications for Recognition of Prior Learning
- modifying training requirements for individual trainees as appropriate, in accordance with college policies and procedures
- reviewing Research Projects
- reviewing Advanced Training settings in Clinical Pharmacology including conducting site accreditation visits
The Committee holds 2 meetings a year, with 1 face-to-face and 1 via video conference. Meetings are usually held in May and November.
Members are appointed to the ATC for an initial 3-year term with the option to renew for 1 further term.
