About the request for Tender (RFT): Mildura Rural City Council is seeking to appoint a suitable consultant/team of consultants to commence the first stage of a CBD revitalisation project, with a focus on economic rejuvenation, activation and creation of strong connections within the precinct and to the adjacent Mildura Riverfront Precinct.
