Tender Description
The National Trust of Western Australia is seeking quotations from appropriately qualified contractors for the provision of cleaning services to six metropolitan heritage properties that are open to visitation by the public
The contractor must ensure a high level of presentation to visitors at six heritage places:
- ANZAC Cottage
38 Kalgoorlie St, Mount Hawthorn 6016
- East Perth Cemeteries
Bronte St, East Perth 6004
- Woodbridge
Ford St, Woodbridge 6056
- No 1 Pump Station
Mundaring Weir Road, Mundaring 6073
- Peninsula Farm
Johnson Road, Maylands 6051
- Samson House
61 Ellen Street, Fremantle 6160
This contract covers a maximum of 12 hours work each week across four properties and excludes travel time. The time spent at each property may vary week to week depending on circumstances.
Contractors are encouraged to apply for all of the properties however tenders for only one or a selection will be considered. The National Trust may decide to award contracts to more than one contractor.
Proponents are encouraged to contact Bronwen Channon, Volunteer and Place Officer, prior to submission on (08) 9321 6088. It is recommended that a visit to the properties be undertaken before lodging your submission and you can contact Bronwen to arrange a time to do this.
