Central Regional TAFE is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services to its Northam Campus.

Scope

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

A mandatory site inspection will be held for this opportunity.

• Date: 28 July 2026
• Time: 10:30 AM
• Location: Reception, Central Regional TAFE, Northam Campus, Lot 1 Hutt Street, Northam 6401

The site inspection may involve visits to workshop facilities where the setting requires attendants to wear closed shoes. Any requirement for protective and safety gear to be worn will be provided by CR TAFE.

It is a pre-qualification requirement that the Respondent must attend the mandatory site inspection for the Premise. The Respondent must nominate no more than three (3) representatives to attend the Mandatory Site Inspection. No ad-hoc registrations will be accepted at the Premise. No telephone registrations will be accepted. Substitute attendees will not be considered other than in exceptional circumstances.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
